As I walked into English class today, like any other day, I thought it was going to be another normal day where we sit and talk and rear the odyssey. I was unprepared when Fitz said we were going to go down to the wrestling mat. When we got there the instructions were simple; have your head on the line, and your arms by your side. He then told us to breathe in and out as slowly as we could. As I am sitting here reflecting on this exercise, I realize how peaceful and serene one can be by just sitting and thinking about your troubles, and what you can make of them. Forgetting all things before, and what is to come, but just staying in the present is the most important thing you can do.
